Madavoor Agro Farm may gather certain personally identifiable information about the Customer during the Ordering Process, such as name, email address, mobile phone number, and contact information. Madavoor Agro Farm is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its customers’ personal information and to taking all necessary measures to keep it confidential. In order to protect the personal information in its possession from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, Madavoor Agro Farm has implemented reasonable security practises and procedures that are commensurate with the information assets being protected and with the nature of our business. These procedures include technical, operational, managerial, and physical security control measures. As a result, Madavoor Agro Farm has created a privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) that is applicable to anybody who uses the Madavoor Agro Farm URL or any other Madavoor Agro Farm platforms. The customer is fully aware that by using the Madavoor Agro Farm applications, they may generate or create databases. Madavoor Agro Farm shall not be construed to be a party to any communications or correspondences (including WhatsApp conversations) between the Merchant and the Customer as they shall be considered private.
Miscellaneous
Limited Sub-License: Madavoor Agro Farm hereby grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of the Madavoor Agro Farm URL. Except with Madavoor Agro Farm’s prior written consent, you are not permitted to download (other than page caching) or modify the Madavoor Agro Farm URL in any way. This licence does not permit the following actions: selling or otherwise commercially exploiting the Madavoor Agro Farm URL or any of its contents; collecting and using any product listings, descriptions, or prices; altering the Madavoor Agro Farm URL or any of its contents; downloading or copying account information for the benefit of another merchant; or using data mining, robots, or other similar data gathering and extraction tools.Without the full written approval of Madavoor Agro Farm, no part of the Madavoor Agro Farm URL may be replicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or used in any other way for commercial gain. It is made clear that Madavoor Agro Farm will not be held liable for any copyright or intellectual property issues regarding the suggested product photographs (as they are displayed on the Madavoor Agro Farm applications) and the product images provided by the Merchant.
Eligibility: Only a few Indian regions will have access to the Madavoor Agro Farm URL’s services. People who, in accordance with the Indian Contract Act of 1872, are “incompetent to contract,” such as unsolved insolvents, etc.are ineligible to use the URL for Madavoor Agro Farm. If you are under 18, you may only use the Madavoor Agro Farm URL with the guidance of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for you and agrees to be governed by these T&Cs.
Indemnification: You agree to defend Madavoor Agro Farm, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, which may result in any loss, damage, or liability to Madavoor Agro Farm, Merchant, or to any third party, including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations, or undeclared obligations.
Electronic Record: In accordance with the Information Technology Act of 2000 and the rules made thereunder, as applicable and as amended from time to time, this document is an electronic record.
Modification: Madavoor Agro Farm maintains the right to alter or change these T&Cs and other Madavoor Agro Farm policies at any time by publishing changes to the Madavoor Agro Farm URL/website. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any such modifications. Your continued use of the services following the posting of any change denotes your acceptance of the updated T&Cs and/or policies.
Termination: Madavoor Agro Farm may instantly and without notice terminate this agreement and the T&Cs at any time, in which case you would no longer be permitted access to the Madavoor Agro Farm URL. Any such termination won’t subject Madavoor Agro Farm.
Severability: Should any provision of these T&Cs be found to be unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable under the laws of any state or nation where these T&Cs are intended to be effective, that provision shall be severed and deleted to the extent and within the applicable jurisdiction, and the remaining T&Cs shall survive, remain in full force and effect, and continue to be enforceable.Without limiting the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or between Madavoor Agro Farm and the Customer shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
